Autofficina Bonalume Performance Recirculating Valve's (PRV) are beautiful billet units designed for use on the Alfa Romeo Giulia equipped with the 2.0L Engine. 

These valves are machined from 6061 Billet Aluminum and anodized in a hard Black finish for good looks and corrosion resistance. 

This high-quality upgrade enhances your turbocharger performance by minimizing leakages and providing lightning-quick responses while simultaneously providing superior thermal performance through the valve's engineering. 

The Alfa Romeo Giulia uses an ECU controlled solenoid diverter valve. However, there are areas where these valves can be improved upon. The 2 most common problems with the OE solenoid diverter valves are that the diaphragm inside of the valve is prone to rupturing when boost and temperature increase. The second design flaw is the OE plastic piston often leak right out of the box due to improper tolerances and don't seal well after a high-boost gear shift. 

The PRV addresses the OE valve issues by replacing the OE solenoid with an indestructible metal version that ensures strength and reliability no matter how much boost you run.

This feature also improves on the factory system by opening the valve progressively in response to boost pressure, resulting in better throttle response.. The factory valve simply opens and shuts, it cannot partially open if boost pressure is low.

This Valve can be used by itself or stacked with a Blow Off Plate. At the check out screen you will be given the option to select standard or extended mounting screws. If you are using it alone please select "standard". If you are stacking it with a blow off plate please select "extended" at checkout.
